real tired today.

up late night last night with our gang and the very high, very stoned brazilian girls.
up early for mani/pedi party with m et b @ nail ave.
down in adho mukha svanasana for maybe too many hours today.
on my really purple, really swollen ankle.

it's been such fun to be back in the city i love with my pals for the week.

i laughed a lot. heartily and frequently. with gusto.
sometimes at people and sometimes with people.
