in between calls from mary, dissertation advisor

mary and i set aside time today to have a chat, to strategize about the diss + the defense. i am now waiting for her to call back. she had to get off the phone because isabelle came to the door and mary needed to tend to her. (it is like a scene from a sitcom, isabelle coming to mary's door while talking she is talking to me about my diss).

it looks like maybe, just maybe i will have a defense on good friday or easter monday. i think that there is something very very amusing about setting a defense date for good friday.

we just played out a time line and it seems to work.
