as miri would say: p.s. i posted those pictures earlier today before i arrived home and found the big fat vanity fair with the annie leibovitz' photo spread of suri et. al. here's what i want to know: what would her late gf, susan sontag say about those images?
i went to yoga tonight, and realized on my purple mat in the purple room that i was a little too proud of my downward facing dog and too proud of my practice. even though i have only been doing the dvds of with the real shiva rea, not the latina one we all love in d.c.
on a related note, my pigeon is what gets my sciatica + my psoas.
i got an 8 page single space set of comments from mary today with comments. she's having the hard copy of the manuscript sent to me.
i am not sure if i can commit to studio 60 sunset strip. i like the sibilance, but not sure if i can truck with aaron sorkin.

excellent!
print out the pages and take the time they require to read them through - slowly and carefully. don't read them on a computer screen, read them on a piece of paper. and definately read them while nursing a nice cup of coffee or tea!
i'd suggest converting mary's edits and suggestions into a list of things to do, starting with things you can change quickly, and then things that you can change with some focused effort, and then finally things that will take a bit longer to change.
make it your master list and be sure to check off stuff as you finish it.
once you have checked off everything, you will have fulfilled mary's requirements. and i strongly believe that she has more requirements than your other committee members which means ... once you check off everything you are essentially finished with your dissertation.
Or, alternatively, fantasize about seducing guy raz with your butt glue over a pitcher of sangria whilst reading the comments.

p.s. you must watch studio 60 just for bradley whitford. Although I have to say that McDreamy is my all time favorite. And not just now in the year 2006 on Greys Anatomy. I loved him in cant buy me love AND loverboy -can you say extra anchovies?
