okay day

it was okay. even though it's grey here. and very wet.

somethings pleased me today:

1. learning that thomas kinkade is in fact an abusive jackass.
2. seeing my students shine again today.
3. learning that my niece reese snatched my dad's cell phone and attempted to call me today.
4. making a special appearance in a colleague's class.

somethings troubled me today:

1. my aunt is sick.
2. my dad is worried.
3. this is hard on my mom too.
4. my parents are contending with one of her "spells."
5. this scares me.
