i am supposed to keep this to myself

i got a speeding ticket on saturday night as i came home from a dinner party. the officer just came to my home (i.e. my perch above mel's canine learning institute) and took it back. he didn't feel right about this. he thinks that his radar is acting funny.

is this what happens in ohio? the only other time i was ever pulled over in ohio was in 1989 when a carload of 5 girlfriends and i were going on spring break to cleveland. that was a total debacle in a bad storm, but somehow the driver, amada blair remus, lied her way out of it with ridiculous tales and a huge pantomime about a missing bookbag.
