made it through the fog
last night, i trundled to columbus to hear wilco. on a whim, i secured a single ticket when i got an alert. it was a great show. jeff tweedy was pleasant and bejeweled in a ridiculous suit. glenn kotche was totally crushable in his wrist bands. johnny stirrat sounded great on backup vocals. and nels kline took a tumble as he arrived on stage, but rocked hard after he recovered his equilibrium.
it was great. but way more: in very very very thick fog, i made it directly to my "home" after i got off the highway. hurrah! i seriously contemplated taking a room at the brothel (alleged) in eaton, but i made it through. i am like gloria gaynor when it comes to the backroads of rural ohio.

Good navigation skills, KQ!
I'm so out of it--I've never heard of this Wilco, and originally thought you meant something like 'will call.'
And these band member names--they sound like porno aliases!
(I guess I listen to too much bbc radio 3, etc.)
Awed by your coolitude!!
