i will be away and largely, likely off email. tomorrow, i head to LGA, with a pit stop Chez Shelley et Marsha, then to Neue Gallerie to see adele. then to Latino hip hop something with the girls and back to jackosn heights. on Friday, to Harlem, i hope, for some time in Paul Robeson's papers. and then, over the weekend to the home of the Scott-Childresses. circa twilight on Sunday, to puppet camp at Omega. next Friday to Boston via the city to reunite with some of my cohort of JVC women and their partners and brood. i might even crack out my Alaska Women's Run 1992 tee shirt, rock of joy, and my herb satchel for this one. i am ecstatic because i haven't seen some of these girls since the Clinton Administration. i am so excited to meet dana and melissa's children and michael and carey's boys and to see don-na.

and, oh i forgot to type: guess what i just printed out, three-hole punched, and inserted into the clutches of a black binder.

got to scramble to catch the lightning bugs in the backyard and to see my girls heidi, nina, michael and tim gunn. i am on pins and needles.
